Kay is the dedicated Customer Service representative for New Zealand at Arxada Wood Protection. Her role involves managing orders, deliveries, invoicing, and maintaining stock levels across multiple warehouses. She also handles the export and import of Arxada products internationally.

Kay’s passion for exceptional customer service is evident in her work. She thrives on accomplishing tasks and making customers smile, and she values the interactions she has with them. Known for her approachable nature, Kay ensures customers always feel supported.

Outside of work, Kay enjoys spending time with her family and dog, and traveling around New Zealand to watch rugby, league, or soccer games. Her favourite aspect of working at Arxada is the strong team culture, where collaboration and communication lead to successful project outcomes.
 

Sally heads the Auckland Laboratory, where she meticulously tests samples and upholds the lab's ISO 9001 certification. A team player with a positive attitude, she's always happy to lend a hand to Sales and the Technical team.

Beyond her technical expertise, Sally takes pride in fostering a collaborative and communicative work environment - a quality she sees reflected in the "awesome" Arxada team.

Outside of work, Sally's a passionate dog trainer, competing and judging Border Collie shows. When not training champions, you might find her tending to her garden or nurturing her Ragdoll cat breeds.
 

Meet Graeme, a seasoned industry expert with an unparalleled depth of knowledge in wood treatment. With a keen eye for detail, he oversees application projects across the Asia Pacific Region, working closely with customers to develop and enhance their treated wood businesses. Graeme takes great pride in successfully implementing projects and optimizing treatment plants through process improvements and automation.

Known for his extensive expertise and collaborative approach, Graeme brings fresh insights to every challenge. His guidance has been instrumental in the success of numerous projects, helping customers achieve their treated wood goals with confidence.

Beyond work, Graeme’s passion for travel, culture, and connecting with people aligns perfectly with his role at Arxada. His work has taken him to different countries, allowing him to engage with diverse communities and broaden both his personal and professional horizons.

What Graeme values most about being part of the Arxada team is the strong camaraderie and collaboration among colleagues. Working alongside a team with diverse skills is not only professionally rewarding but also a source of great personal fulfillment. 

Meet Troy, the Production Supervisor at Arxada Wood Protection. In his role, Troy oversees the day-to-day operations in the Auckland factory, managing contractors, maintenance, production planning, and organising bulk deliveries to site.

Troy's approach to work is hands-on; when he's not in his office organising and coordinating, you'll find him on the factory floor, assisting with production or dealing with contractors. His diverse experience, starting as a sub-contractor assisting with housekeeping and later assisting in the lab and manufacturing various products, has equipped him with a unique understanding of the business.

One of Troy's proudest accomplishments at Arxada is his journey from a sub-contractor to Production Supervisor in a relatively short amount of time. He values the opportunities he's been given to learn different aspects of the business.

Outside of work, Troy is passionate about spending time with his family and enjoys live music, both listening to and participating in it. He recently picked up his guitar again, a hobby he started in high school.

Clinton is a Process Engineer with over 20 years of experience in highly automated wood processing operations. He specialises in capital installations, plant modifications, compliance, and automation, bringing a practical, value-driven approach to every project. With firsthand industry experience, he understands the importance of delivering solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Passionate about problem-solving and collaboration, Clinton thrives on building strong customer relationships and helping teams overcome challenges. Outside of work, he enjoys creating meaningful experiences for his two boys. He values Arxada Wood Protection’s customer-first approach, the opportunity to tackle real-world challenges, and the chance to work alongside great teams and customers every day.
